On 27-28 January 2016 Director of the Centre of Practical Skills — Isina Z., senior lecturer of the Department of Health Policy and Management Ramazanova M. – QSM internal auditors were trained on «The Internal QSM Auditor. ISO 9001:2015» in the international SGS Company.
The course participants were re-introduced with:
- the standards relating to management systems, quality and structure of ISO 9001: 2015;
- the important role of internal audit to maintain the quality system;
- the responsibilities of internal auditors;
After the training course, participants have improved their skills:
- objectively collecting and analyzing data;
- to evaluate and report on the results of the internal audit;
- planning and organizing internal audit
