The office of the rector was created by a decision of the Board of March 20, 2019.
The goal is to increase the competitiveness of the University and ensure the high quality of training specialists through the development and implementation of a human resources management system aimed at maximizing the potential of the University staff, increasing staff satisfaction with working conditions and work performed. The main task is the implementation of the University’s personnel policy in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University Development Strategy.The main areas of activity — Personnel planning and marketing, recruitment and personnel management, labor relations management, management of staff development, management of motivation of staff, development of the organizational structure, Legal support of University activities.
