PROJECT MONITORING

On May 28, 2018 in Shymkent, on the base of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, the project 561857-EPP-1-2015-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP-ModeHEd «Modernization of Medical Education in Universities» Erasmus + program in Kazakhstan in accordance with the monitoring plan for the projects «Enhancing the Higher Education Potential» (EDP) of the Erasmus + program for 2018.

Project monitoring was carried out on behalf of the European Commission’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) under standard monitoring procedures for all AIP projects. The report on the monitoring results will be submitted to the EACEA. The Agency will send an official letter to the Project Coordinator with generalized interim results.

To participate in the monitoring, by the order of the rector were sent: Kamaliev MA — Head of the Public Health Department, Project Coordinator; Kozhekenova Zh.A. — Associate Professor of the Public Health Department; Ryspekova Sh.O. — Head of the Department of Normal Physiology with the course of Valeology; Kasymova G.P. — Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 4.

The aims and tasks of monitoring the project participants were shared by Shaizada Khasbulatova, Director of the National Office of Erasmus + in Kazakhstan (NEO).

— Ivanova Marina — project manager, Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK, Leipzig),

— Alimova Matlyuba Khakimovna, Director of the Center for Development of Medical Education of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan,

— Ubaidullaeva Sevara Abdullaevna, Center for the Development of Medical Education.

The results of the project were presented by:

Kamaliev MA — Kazakh National Medical University named after S. Asfendiyarov,

Kultumanova A.Zh. — Kazakh State Women’s Pedagogical University,

Ibragimova AG — South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.

The project participants answered all questions posed during the monitoring. Particular attention was accented to the support of the project by the administration of universities.

Director of the National Office of Erasmus + in Kazakhstan Khasbulatova Shayzada Umurzakovna introduced the preliminary results of monitoring (NEO), where KazNMU was estimated positively.
