Academic Council Structure
The AcademicCouncil consists ofthe Rector, Chairman of the Supervisory Board,vice-rectors,deans of the faculties, heads of departments, representatives of the teaching staff, trade union, the Boardof Ethicsandthe student organizationof the University, representatives of institutions of practicalpublic health.
Chairman of the Academic Council is the rector of the University.
other members are elected on the general meeting of the university by secret ballot. The Secretary shall be elected by the Academic Council and is responsible for record keeping of the Academic Council.
The staff of the Academic council of the university is elected for three years and consists of an odd number of members. In case of necessity by the solution of the Academic council of the university its staff can be subject to certain changes.
As part of the Academic Council act standing committee on the review of faculty researchers at the title of «associate professor (docent), and Professor» and the academic rank of professor or docent of the University.
