Senbekov Maksut graduated from the Law Faculty of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz on the specialty «Legal Regulation in the Sphere of Economics» in 2004, as well as the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In different years he worked as Deputy Director of the Almaty branch of the RSE for PHV «Republican Center for Electronic Health» of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director General of LLP «Economic Management» Nur Otan «, Managing Director of RSE for PHV» Republican Center for Health Development «of the Ministry of Health of the RK, And functional maintenance of the RSE for PHV «Republican Center for Health Development» of the Ministry of Health of the RK, Director of the Department of Grant Programs and Monitoring Projects of JSC «Science Foundation» MES RK, acting. Chairman of the Board of JSC «Science Foundation» of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of the Administrative Department of JSC «Science Foundation», leading specialist, chief specialist of the Control and Response Department of the Committee for the Protection of Competition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
