A MAIN PURPOSE AND TASKS OF WORK OF EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT
1. A main purpose of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT is the theoretical, methodological and practical organizational ensuring educational process and improvement of quality of educational services on the basis of formation of competences.
2. The main tasks of work of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT are:
- Definition of model of an educational program and the methodical approaches providing formation at students of responsibility for the relation to training, their training for independent educational and long life learning.
- Coordination of works of departments of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT for realization of educational programs.
FUNCTIONS OF EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT
1. For realization of purpose and tasks, the EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT realizes the following main functions and activities:
- Ensuring quality of educational process.
- Planning, updating and introduction of the educational programs directed on continuous improvement of quality of educational process taking into account last experience, the current activity and prospect on the future.
- Formation of key competences at students on each discipline within educational programs.
- Formation of educational and methodical support of disciplines.
- Introduction of innovations in educational process (methods of teaching and training, model of an educational program, a form of control of knowledge being trained).
- Planning, ensuring realization the analysis of efficiency of introduction of educational programs in departments for the purpose of improvement and a quality assurance.
- The organization and control of development and realization of the educational programs including base medical sciences, integrated with clinical disciplines at various stages of training.
- The analysis of efficiency of activity of the faculty for definition of a rating of the faculty.
- Coordination of working programs of disciplines taking into account educational trajectories of specialties at level of a bachelor degree, internship /magistracy.
- Structuring and inclusion in an educational program of various components of training to clinical skills according to a concrete stage of the program of training.
- Control of educational process in departments, and also on the chairs participating in realization of an educational program of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT.
- Wide involvement of the faculty and the relevant structural divisions in process of continuous improvement of quality of teaching in departments.
- The organization, control and coordination of educational and methodical work of departments of the EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT, all types of studies, with the subsequent generalization of results of control and development of the actions directed on elimination of revealed defects .
- Control of timely representation on the statement in accordance with the established procedure educational and working programs.
- Coordination of material support of educational process on departments of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT (educational and methodical literature and providing means).
2. The EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT realizes also other functions defined by the current legislation, internal normative documents and organizational and administrative acts of administration of the University, directly connected with realization of the purpose and the tasks of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT.
3. The EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT realizes the functions through the Administration and departments , entering into its structure, the purpose, tasks and which functions are defined by the relevant situation.
4. The director of EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT is the direct head of subordinates of departments and makes distribution of functional duties between managers of departments .
5. The Department order of interaction decides on other structural divisions of University by internal normative documents and organizational and administrative acts of administration of University.
