The Center is established by the decision of Academic Council (protocol #7 from March 29, 2011), the first name was “Faculty schoo”, then it was renamed the Nassybullina School of teaching excellence (protocol #11 from July 2, 2013).

Nassybullina center of teaching excellence provides a continuous systematic improvement of faculty competence. Also it actively cooperates with world recognized international experts in the field of medical education, with foreign universities and research centers on conducting workshops, symposiums, trainings and master-classes. The Center has the group of experts which was formed of leading KazNMU professionals. Its goal is development and deployment of faculty training programs in accordance with the  authorial “Model of KazNMU faculty competences” (Copyright certificate on registration of the rights for object of copyright #0064 from 2016.01.13, IP #003488).

The Nassybullina center of teaching excellence during the period of existing carried out training for 6260 KazNMU faculty and administrative-management staff of on professional development , including:

2011-2012 academic year:

Total: 1359 persons, among them:

— assistant-teachers – 31,

— faculty members – 1328.

2012-2013 academic year:                                         

Total: 905 persons, among them:

— assistant-teachers – 26,

— faculty members – 879.

2013-2014 academic year:                                   

Total: 785 persons, among them:

— faculty members – 536,

-administrative and management staff –212.

— teachers-interns – 31,

— students – 6,

including the workshops of foreign experts: 171 persons.

2014-2015 academic year:

Total: 1003 persons, among them:

— faculty members — 681,

— Administrative and management staff — 289,

— Students – 33.

2015-2016 academic year:

Total: 1044 persons, among them:

— faculty members — 754,

— Administrative and management staff — 186,

— students – 10.

— external participants – 94 person,

including the workshops of foreign experts: 190.

2016-2017 academic year:

Total: 872 persons, among them:

— faculty members — 552,

— Administrative and management staff — 60,

— students – 152.

— external participants – 108 person,

Total: 292 persons, among them:
